Ceramic Fiber

Ravaber Ceramic Fiber is a high temperature insulation material for applications between 650 °C -1460 °C, w
hich is consist of long, flexible fibers and produced by spun technology.


Ceramic wool is obtained by melting and mixing aluminum, silica and zirconium raw materials with very homogenous at high temperature and the melt falls on the spinning machine.

Some typical applications of Ravaber Ceramic Fiber blankets: Industrial furnaces, boiler, chimney, places which faces high temperature, kiln, reusable insulation for steam and gas turbines, field steam generator lining, thermal reactor insulation, pressure and cryogenic vessel fire protection.

Ravaber ceramic fiber is produced with low shot (unfiberized) content and high purity silica and alumina. There is no chemical binders in its production. When it faces high temperature, impossible to see any smoke and can't smell exhalation.  It also saves high energy due to lower heat storage than fire brick and doesn't contain asbestos and resists the thermal shock.

Ravaber Ceramic Fiber has chemical resistance due to its special production technology (except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and alkalis as Na2O, K2O).  Its physical and thermal characteristics after being soaked and dried, does not change and still remains with the same thermal insulation properties.
